Does Panes provide installation or in-home measuring?

Panes supplies custom windows and doors for online purchase and delivery. Arrange final measurements, installation and finishing with your own contractor. For an existing order or installation commitment, contact our team with your order number.

Do I need a dealer account to buy from Panes?

No. Our factory-direct wholesale pricing is open to contractors, builders, designers, architects and homeowners. Configure products and see prices without signing up or applying for dealer status. A regular customer account is used to save quotes, check out and track orders; it is not a dealer application.

Can I upload drawings and receive a quote?

Yes. For new construction, upload your floor plans, exterior elevations and window or door schedule on our builders page. Our team will review the drawings, clarify missing details and send an itemized product quote. You approve the final specifications before production.

Do you supply both new construction and renovation projects?

Yes. Choose custom windows and doors for a new build or replacement project. Confirm frame dimensions, flange or installation details, glass, finishes and local project requirements with your own contractor before ordering.

Where do you deliver?

We supply projects across Canada and the continental United States. Freight pricing, access and receiving arrangements depend on the complete order and destination. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or coastal hurricane zones. Confirm freight availability for remote destinations before ordering. Production and freight transit are separate.

What protects my purchase?

Review your itemized specifications, applicable product performance information, delivery terms and our published product warranty before ordering. Custom-made products are subject to our return policy. For supply-only orders, covered warranty remedies provide replacement parts or products; labour, travel and shipping are not included.
