If a covered component fails, wears out or is damaged during its coverage period, we make it right with free replacement parts or a replacement product. Coverage is for the product only; labour, travel, shipping and other service costs are not included. Large windows, sliding patio doors, and entry doors are consolidated on a protected skid or in a crate and charged at a flat rate for the applicable shipment tier, not as a separate parcel fee on every item. The tier depends on dimensions, quantity, packaging requirements, and destination, and an available rate can be estimated in the cart before checkout.
