For freight-eligible window and door orders, the cart explains the flat-rate skid/crate model and lets you estimate freight before checkout; delivery and sales tax are then confirmed from your address before payment. We don't add separate fuel or handling surcharges later. Credit-card payments include a clearly disclosed 2.9% processing fee (you can avoid it by paying via Interac e-Transfer in Canada or ACH bank transfer/Zelle in the US). The optional 50% deposit, with the balance due before shipping, is interest-free.

Our windows are built with welded vinyl frames — the most popular residential window material in North America. Vinyl frames don't rot, warp, rust, or need to be repainted, deliver excellent thermal performance thanks to multiple insulating air chambers, and cost significantly less than wood or fiberglass alternatives. Interior and exterior colors are co-extruded into the vinyl so they don't peel or fade.

Yes. White is standard, but we offer black, sandalwood, commercial brown, and a range of premium painted colors for both the exterior and interior of the frame.
