Can a homeowner buy directly from Panes?
Yes. Homeowners can configure and price custom windows online or send sizes and plans for an itemized quote. Builders and trade customers can also contact Panes about their projects.
Is a factory-direct price the complete installed price?
The online configuration price is for the selected window. Tax, freight, measurement, removal, installation and opening repairs need their own allowance. Compare quotes with matching dimensions, glass, finishes and scope of work.
How long do made-to-order windows take?
Allow 15–20 business days for window production, followed by freight transit. For Midwest and Northeast US orders, allow a further 5–10 business days in transit. Confirm the schedule and receiving arrangements for your address before booking installation.
Can I order replacement and new-construction windows?
Yes. Specify the installation details for each opening, including whether a nailing flange is required. Your installer should confirm the ordered frame dimensions, rough opening, flashing and finishing details before production.
Does delivery include window installation?
Panes online US window orders are supply-only. Arrange measurement, removal, installation and finishing with your own contractor. Delivery across the continental United States does not mean nationwide installation is included or available. Review the product specifications and freight arrangements before ordering.
Are these standard stock windows or custom-manufactured windows?
Panes windows are made to order. The dimensions and prices shown in our examples describe specific configurations; they are not a stock inventory list or one price for every size. What is included in the window price?
These white exterior / white interior vinyl windows include the listed glass and a regular screen, with no grilles or nailing flange. Brickmould and interior jamb extensions are excluded. Changing dimensions, glass, finish or accessories changes the price.
What belongs in the project budget?
Tax, freight, measurement, removal of old windows, installation and opening repairs are separate from the product price. Compare quotes using the same frame sizes, glass, accessories and scope of work.
