By placing an order through Panes Window Manufacturing Inc., you agree to these terms and conditions for custom windows, doors, related products, shipping, installation, warranty, payment, and support.
Every order is subject to review and acceptance by Panes after it is placed. Our online quoting, checkout, tax, shipping, and configuration tools are actively maintained and may occasionally contain unanticipated software errors, data-entry issues, integration problems, or other discrepancies affecting price, tax, shipping, discounts, product availability, product configuration, or lead times.
If we identify a material discrepancy after an order is placed, we reserve the right to contact you to correct the issue, request approval of revised pricing or shipping charges, adjust the order terms, offer an alternative solution, or decline or cancel the order and refund any payment collected. We will communicate in good faith and work to resolve the matter fairly, but no order is final or binding on Panes until it has been reviewed and accepted for production or fulfillment.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the largest product dimensions in your order, total quantity and handling requirements, your delivery location, and current carrier rates. This applies to windows, entry doors, sliding patio doors, sealed units, false windows, and related products. See our Shipping Policy for delivery, pickup, inspection, and damage-claim details.
Some delivery locations are unusually remote, restricted-access, or costly to service. If the actual freight cost for an order is materially higher than the shipping amount charged at checkout, Panes may request approval of an additional shipping charge, arrange pickup or an alternate delivery option, or decline or cancel the order and refund any payment collected.
When you separately opt in to SMS communications, Panes Window Manufacturing Inc. may send transactional text messages related to your account, quote request, consultation, appointment, order, shipping, installation, installer assignments, deadlines, schedule updates, review notifications, or payment confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or application approval.
